Shaumba-Yandje Dibinga
Shaumba-Yandje Dibinga is a notable community figure and the Founder and CEO of ShapeUp with Shaumba.
As the proud daughter of Congolese immigrants, Rev Dr. Dibinga Wa Said and Dr. Ngolela Dibinga., Shaumba always aspired to contribute to and heal her community through health and wellness.
Shaumba-Yandje Dibinga actively participates in various educational and philanthropic endeavors. She serves as a trustee at the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School, Boston Arts Academy, and the SummerStars Foundation. Additionally, she contributes her expertise as a member of the Barr Fellows Class of 2011 and the Barr Foundation Fellows Alumni Advisory Board. Shaumba-Yandje is also a co-lead for the Linde Family Foundation DEAI learning group, demonstrating her commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.
Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Shaumba-Yandje has received numerous awards. These accolades include the Catalyst Award, The Philanthropic Initiative's Boston Fellows Award, the Portraits of Courage Upstander's Award, the Berklee College of Music Urban Service Award, the Community Catalyst Award, the Next Steps Award, the Brother Thomas Fellowship, the NAACP Boston Image Award, the Roxbury Rocks Award, the Malcolm X Award, and the Melnea Cass Service Award.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shaumba-Yandje Dibinga cherishes her role as a mother of two. Additionally, she has authored the children's poetry book titled "Pride in My Stride," further showcasing her creative talents and dedication to empowering young minds.
